San Jose is our home base and the center of the 30-mile service radius we work within. Most of the floors we install here are residential garages, but the city's mix of older neighborhoods, newer infill construction, and light-industrial buildings means we see a wide range of concrete conditions in a single week.

That variety is why we quote by slab rather than by square-foot template. A 1960s garage slab with hairline cracking and old paint needs a different prep path than a five-year-old townhome garage that has never been coated.
